The Oxygen Provider course is designed to give you the necessary basic traning to administer oxygen to victims of diving accidents. When combined with Rescue Diver and Emergency First Response courses it provides the best preparation on how to react correctly to any diving related accident. Examples of course topics include:

• Anatomy and physiology review
• Signs and symptoms of near-drowning
• Benefits of oxygen
• Dive accident statistic
• Oxygen equipment assembly and familiarisation
• Use and disassembly
• Treatment of simulated injured divers – breathing and non – breathing, conscious and unconscious

Prerequisites

• No diver level necessary
• Minimum age: 10
