The Kasai Village Dive Team
During your holiday many people will care you for. All of those will play a role in making your trip all that you have ever wished for. However, there are a few people that may have a greater impact on your holiday's success than the others. They are your dive crew.

I have been certified as a dive instructor since 1990. With more than 10,000 dives under my belt I'm the "grandpa" of the Kasai Village diving team. Since I learned to dive, I've been just about everywhere, diving the cold lakes of my native Sweden, the Mediterranean Sea, the Red Sea, the Indian Ocean, the Caribbean, the North Atlantic Ocean, the Pacific Ocean and around the Baltic Sea. That's a lot of seas!
I still have a passion for teaching after nineteen year as an Instructor, like specialty and leadership courses.
I think the diving just gets better and better. I couldn't choose a favorite dive site here. I'd give all of them 3 stars on an average day and every dive site is 5 stars on a good day. The longer you are here the more you can sort out the sensory overload that is the Visaya. I also do occasional trips on the Queen-X as a dive guide.
I like to work at Kasai Village Beach Resort because we have a professional working staff. But it's not just the diving, it's much more the team, the locals, the accommodations, the food all come together nicely at this one place. |

I took my first breath underwater in Australia 2002, and have found it difficult to stay up on the surface ever since! Since two years I’ve been working my way through freezing Swedish waters and more pleasant temperatures found in Samoa (South Pacific) and Bonaire & Guadeloupe (Caribbean).
The Philippines has for sure the best diving I’ve come across so far! I could not believe my eyes when the world’s biggest fish, the whale shark, swam past me the first time!
My favourite spots are for sure “Tuble Point” for it’s canyons and caverns with heaps of turtles and “Savedra Marine Sanctuary” for it’s gigantic sea fans!
I’m an underwater paparazzi taking photos all over the place!
Hope you’ll come and join us underwater! |

Hello there!
I love to be in the water!! Sometimes I think that I should have become a fish instead!
I first worked in a dive shop in Sweden and now I work here at Kasai Village Beach Resort as a Padi Assistant Instructor. I started my diving career one year ago and I really love it!
My favorite dive spots here in Moalboal are definitely "Pescador Island". You can find everything that you want to have in a dive; everything from cool drifting to a relaxing dive through the "cave" called the Cathedral. I also really like "Sampaguita" - it’s a wonderful wall dive and if you have a torch with you, you can find lots of different creatures in the holes and cracks!
I’m famous for my underwater dancing!
I’m here to show you the best of the Philippines and if would be a pleasure to meet you all in the water! |

Since I was just a small mudfish I always wanted to become a diver, and my dream came through at the tender age of 16, since then I've been both very active and very much inactive in longer periods. Now I think I've decided to stay in the diving game for the foreseeable future. I'm Swedish but have been living in London for the last ten years, working in an office...
I've been diving in Honduras, Brazil, Egypt, Thailand but the allure of the 7107 islands finally brought me to the Phillipines. I'm also a certified freediver and can often be seen carrying incredibly long fins.
I have a sweet spot for night diving and if you decide to check out our famous house reef during the darker hours then there's a fair chance you will be diving with me! |
