Canyoning (known in the U.S. as canyoneering) is a sport popular in several countries. It involves travelling down creeks and streams within a canyon by a variety of means including walking, swimming, climbing, abseiling.

1-Day Tour: Canyoning at the Montaneza Falls

The Montaneza River threads its way through a narrow ravine. It is a perfect setting for an unforgettable canyon tour. We abseil a set of five waterfalls, climbing and jumping down the rapids. One of the high lights are the descending of a 30 meter high waterfall. The adrenaline pumping thrill & fun combined with incredible tropical nature is something you will remember for a long time.

1-Day Tour: Canyoning at Tison Falls

The canyoning tour at the Tison Falls is our most challenging day tour into a remote valley and a thrilling tour all the way through an amazing canyon. Breathtaking and spectacular views are to be experienced there. First we hike over a mountain range for two hours before reaching the starting point of this canyoning tour. Twice we descend roughly 30-meter high waterfalls. Some of the jumps into the countless fresh water pools are up to 7 meter high and we swim down streams and lots of rapids. You finish your extraordinary adventure with a great BBQ buffet and cold beers.

Caving on Cebu - into the unknown!

An abundance of cave systems exist around Cebu Island, many of them yet to be explored. Using various climbing and rappelling techniques, Kasai Action brings you to the various cavern systems for your caving pleasure.

Caving is the recreational sport of exploring caves.The challenges of the sport depend on the cave being visited, but often include the negotiation of pitches, squeezes and water. Climbing, swimming and crawling is often necessary and ropes are used extensively.

1-Day Tour: Caving at Lantoy Cave

Visit one of the largest cave systems on Cebu Island - its giant vertical openings impress even experienced spelunkers. The cave system is surrounded by the lush vegetation of the Argao Lantoy National Park, making this adventure one of the most exiting things you can do on Cebu Island. One of the highlights is the final 25 meter repel of the cave exit, along a waterfall.

1-Day Tour: Caving at Barili Cave

Barili, a town 55 Km southwest from Cebu City, boasts of countless cave systems throughout its mountainous surroundings. Many of them were used during the Second World War to escape from the Japanese invaders of that time. Today many locals believe that there are still treasures hidden by the circumstance of that time. We introduce you to one of these caves and use different rope techniques for descending and ascending to explore a labyrinth of natural beauty.

The River Climbing is our most popular one-day adventure. We'll make our way up the lush Matutinao Valley, visiting numerous small waterfalls, and swim through freshwater pools. We'll see unique rock formations and vegetation lush and varied. An occasional monkey, monitor lizard, butterfly, birds and other life abounds. The remoteness and lack of habitation have kept this valley undisturbed and preserved - an unforgettable feeling.

Our native horses are very tough on the mountain trails. Beginners as well as experienced riders will enjoy breathtaking views of the nearby Islands of Bohol, Negros and Leyte, while riding at almost 1000 meters above sea level.

Volcano expeditions on Negros Philippines

Kasai Action Adventure offers two different volcano-climbing tours on Negros Island. The 2-days adventure at the "Twin Lakes" in South Negros surrounded by lush rain forest and the 3-day expedition to the active crater of Mt.Kanlaon more than 2500 meter above sea level.

Mt. Kanlaon - adventure trekking on an active volcano

Explore an active volcano, Mt. Kanlaon on Negros Island. This active volcano, at almost 2600 meters altitude, is one of the 5 highest mountains in the Philippines. It's new crater is breathtaking - 400 m deep and about 100 m wide. The trail to the top is steep and we'll climb through different vegetation zones from rich agriculture land to thick rain forest until reaching the lunar-like landscape surrounding the crater. Taking three days to explore this mountain, we'll spend one night at a pension house and the next night at our camp on the crater saddle in tents. From there we can view the whole Visaya region with the clouds just a stone's throw away.

Twin Lakes - adventure in the rain forest!

The Twin Lake is a Crater Lake 900 meters above sea level on South Negros Island. Surrounded by virgin forest, it is one the most beautiful places to visit in the Visaya region. We will spend the night in tents just beside the lake. We'll cross the lake by a native canoe to reach the campsite - an unforgettable ride. Challenging trails lead along steep valleys, past hidden waterfalls, and through local villages seldom visited. Lots of wild life like eagles and monkeys can be observed. The vegetation includes an incredible variety of orchids you may never have seen before.
