Kasai Village Beach Resort –how it began

Kasai Village Beach resort was originally opened in October 2006 under Swedish management. Since then it is managed carefully by Michael O.J Pettersson and his wife Lydia . They are assisted by additional resort staff, Instructors, Divemaster and the always helpful native boatmen, familiar with the place. In accordance with nature, Kasai Village Beach Resort was gradually developed.

Snorkeling and Scuba Diving far away from the mass tourism

The Kasai Village Beach Resort & Oxygène is a destination for divers and nature enthusiasts searching for first class dive spots away from overcrowded areas and commercialization. For these reasons we pay special attention to keep the diving groups on our small boats (maximum of six to eight divers). To ensure that you can really enjoy your dives, we attach great importance to safety, service and the complete satisfaction of our guests. Before the dive begins, we inform you about special conditions of the actual dive site, the underwater fauna and flora and the specific safety guidelines. Whenever possible we try to fulfill your personal requests. In addition to Swedish we also speak English, German and Japanese.

We carry on a sustainable development in accordance with nature and the native inhabitants of the island. Overall aim is the protection and preservation of the unique beauty of Cebu Island and its environment. To ensure that future generations will enjoy it, we take special care of the environment. Garbage is whenever possible avoided or is disposed separately and environment-careful. Our activity is characterized by the consciousness of our social, public and ecological responsibility.

Kasai Village Beach Resort & Oxygène are integrated harmoniously into the nature. All offer accommodations which are handmade and have been built by local artisans with much care about the details.
